1. Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the Divine Pearls Boutique online store. Simply choose the pearl reveal, jewelry item, pearl game, or other product you would like to purchase, add it to your cart, and complete your order at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed and available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and other supported payment options.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before your live reveal or game has begun.

Once an oyster has been opened, pearls or prizes have been revealed, tokens have been drawn, or your game/reveal has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Live Pearl Openings

How do I watch my pearl opening?

Our pearl openings take place during our Divine Pearls Boutique LIVE shows. Follow us on our social media pages for upcoming LIVE dates and times, then join us to experience your pearl reveal!

Do I have to be watching LIVE when my pearl is opened?

No. While we would love to have you join us LIVE and experience the excitement with us, we understand that isn’t always possible.

Your pearl opening can still take place during our LIVE show, and your order will be carefully prepared afterward.

Can I request a specific oyster?

Oysters are selected at random during our LIVE reveals to help keep the experience fair and exciting for everyone.

After all, the surprise of discovering the beautiful pearl waiting inside is part of the magic!

What happens after my pearl is revealed?

Once your pearl has been revealed, it will be carefully prepared for your order.

If you purchased an eligible jewelry setting, your pearl will be placed into your selected piece before your order is prepared for shipping.

3. Pearl Size, Shape & Color

What size will my pearl be?

Pearl sizes naturally vary, and the exact size of your pearl is part of the surprise!

Your pearl can be measured during your LIVE reveal so you can see its approximate size.

What shape will my pearl be?

Pearls come in many beautiful shapes. Depending on the type of pearl reveal you purchase, pearls may include shapes such as Round, Rice, Edison, Coin, Star, Teardrop, Cross, and other unique shapes offered by Divine Pearls Boutique.

Please refer to the individual product description for details about the pearl shape included with your purchase.

Can I choose the color of my pearl?

Unless the product description specifically states otherwise, pearl colors cannot be selected or guaranteed.

The mystery is part of the experience—you never know what beautiful color may be waiting inside!

Will my pearl look exactly like the pearls shown in photos or during other reveals?

No. Pearls can vary in color, size, shape, lustre, and surface characteristics. These differences help give each pearl its own individual beauty.

4. Edison Pearls & Monster Oysters

What size are Edison pearls?

Edison pearls are known for their beautiful appearance and larger size. They are often approximately 9 mm to 12 mm, although individual pearls may be larger or smaller.

Exact size, shape, color, and appearance will vary from pearl to pearl.

What is a Monster Oyster?

A Monster Oyster is a larger oyster containing a beautiful Edison pearl.

Edison pearls are loved for their larger size, gorgeous lustre, and beautiful variety of colors, making every Monster Oyster opening an exciting surprise.

Will my Monster Oyster shell remain intact?

We make every effort to carefully open your Monster Oyster and preserve the shell. However, because oyster shells are natural and can be fragile, we cannot guarantee that the shell will remain completely intact during opening.

Can I receive my Monster Oyster shell?

Yes! If your shell remains intact and can be safely and legally shipped to your destination, we will be happy to include it with your order upon request.

Because shells are fragile and may be subject to shipping or customs restrictions, we cannot guarantee that every shell can be shipped.

Can I choose the size, shape, or color of my Edison pearl?

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, the exact size, color, and appearance of your Edison pearl cannot be guaranteed.

The surprise is one of the most exciting parts of your LIVE reveal!

5. Jewelry & Custom Settings

Can I have my pearl set into jewelry?

Yes! One of the best parts of revealing your pearl is deciding what to do with your new treasure.

Divine Pearls Boutique offers a beautiful selection of jewelry and accessories, which may include:

Rings • Necklaces • Pendants • Earrings • Bracelets • Pearl Cages • Keychains • and more!

Available settings can be purchased through our online store.

Can I send in my own pearl to be set?

At this time, we only set pearls that have been purchased or revealed through Divine Pearls Boutique.

How do I choose a jewelry setting for my pearl?

Browse our available jewelry settings through our online store and select the piece you love.

Once your pearl has been revealed, it can be carefully placed into your selected setting, provided the pearl is compatible with that particular piece.

What if my pearl doesn’t fit the jewelry setting I chose?

Some jewelry settings require specific pearl sizes or shapes.

If your revealed pearl is not suitable for the setting you selected, we will work with you to find an appropriate alternative whenever possible.

Can jewelry be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot generally be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We work hard to prepare every order with care.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after your LIVE reveal for your order to be prepared for shipping.

Orders containing custom jewelry settings or other personalized items may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

Divine Pearls Boutique ships within the United States and internationally.

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and will be displayed or calculated during checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

If your selected shipping method includes tracking, tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are generally controlled by the carrier.

If your tracked package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will be happy to help you review the available tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.

7. Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because of the unique and personalized nature of our LIVE pearl reveals and games, all sales are final once an oyster has been opened, a pearl or prize has been revealed, tokens have been drawn, or a LIVE game/reveal has begun.

Jewelry and other eligible products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

8. Pearl Games

Does Divine Pearls Boutique offer games?

Yes! 🎉

In addition to our pearl reveals, Divine Pearls Boutique offers fun and exciting pearl games where you can discover different pearls, prizes, and surprises.

Games may vary depending on availability, so be sure to watch our LIVE shows and check our online store for current games and special events.

Are game prizes guaranteed?

Each game has its own rules, prizes, and possible outcomes. Please read the individual game description before purchasing so you know exactly what is included and how the game works.

Once a LIVE game has begun or its prize has been revealed, the purchase is considered final.

9. Gift Certificates & Other Questions

Are pearl openings safe for people with shellfish allergies?

Oysters are shellfish products. If you have a shellfish allergy, you should avoid handling the oyster or shell.

If you have questions or concerns regarding an allergy or your individual health needs, please seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Absolutely! 🎁

Divine Pearls Boutique gift certificates make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves pearls, beautiful jewelry, surprises, and the excitement of LIVE reveals.

Gift certificates may be used toward eligible Divine Pearls Boutique purchases in accordance with any terms provided with the certificate.
